What will you do?
- Responsible for the management of a client base, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and further increasing business with the generation of new clients.
- Consistently leading interactions to gain a full understanding of clients and prospects financial goals, personal goals, and ambitions.
- Operating with a growth mindset, managing a new business target, managing business development activities, and contributing towards the achievement of the office targets.
- Consistently articulating the full breadth of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] proposition (e.g. investment, planning, lending, cash, and trust solutions) to clients and prospects.
- Always ensure clients are referred internally to ‘home of best fit’.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members’ professional growth and delivery of exceptional services.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Level 4 CISI or CII.
- Demonstrable experience within a client facing wealth management role.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, and financial products and services.
- Acts as a role model and demonstrates a high degree of capacity to drive positive behaviours.
Nice-to-have:
- Working towards or obtained further professional qualifications e.g. CISI PCIAM, CII Advanced Diploma, Chartered Wealth Manager.
