Talent & Capability Lead – 12 month FTC

Role Overview
Working closely with business leaders and People teams, you will embed a strong culture of performance and continuous improvement, design tailored interventions to address development needs, and support succession planning for critical roles our commitment to develop internal talent.
- Lead the annual performance management cycle, analyse data to inform decision-making, and champion diversity and inclusion in all talent initiatives.
- Deploy innovative learning solutions and digital courses, manage talent retention programmes, and ensure governance and compliance are upheld.
