What You'll Do

The AI & Automation Product Manager will lead the identification, prioritisation, and implementation of automation solutions that will enable the business to double revenue without doubling headcount.

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge of relevant market systems and digital tools. Proven track record delivering AI and automation solutions in insurance or a related sector. Strong understanding of both RPA and AI technologies. Demonstrated ability to deliver change in complex, regulated environments. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience with innovation best practices, product management, and agile delivery.
