- Location: Southport
- Salary: £31,000–£40,000 (OTE: £37,000–£46,000) (Dependent on qualifications; includes an uncapped bonus structure)
- Hours: Full-Time - Permanent - Average 43.83 hours per week (42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Your Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW and MINI vehicles
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working as a technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with diagnostic systems (e.g., ISTA, Autologic).
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW and MINI brand.
- Professional, reliable and customer focused.
- Committed to continuous learning and development.
- Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
