  • Location: Southport
  • Salary: £31,000–£40,000 (OTE: £37,000–£46,000) (Dependent on qualifications; includes an uncapped bonus structure)
  • Hours: Full-Time - Permanent - Average 43.83 hours per week (42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW and MINI vehicles

What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic systems (e.g., ISTA, Autologic).
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW and MINI brand.
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
