Assistant Aftersales Manager
Location: Southport
Salary: £40,000 per annum, with a bonus of up to £10,000
Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent
About the Role
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a motivated Assistant Aftersales Manager to help oversee daily operations of the Aftersales department, including Service and Parts at our Southport centre. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the department runs efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the department provides the best possible service and achieves agreed profits and retention levels
- Organise, direct and control activities of Service Department staff to achieve Plans and Budgets
- Contribute to development of operating and administrative policies and procedures
Requirements
- Track record of high achievement in aftersales/service arena
- Ability to work alongside strong company management team
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to motivate a team, strong understanding of systems and processes
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills
- Outstanding attitude and passion for customer service
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with technical/product information
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Drive
- Full valid UK driving licence
