Motor Vehicle Technician (Chester)

The role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, multi-franchise experience, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a basic salary of £31,000–£38,000 with OTE up to £44,000, plus benefits.

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you'll service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of makes and models.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out service, diagnostic and repair work efficiently
  • Utilise multi-franchise experience to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models

What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds / BTEC) qualified
  • Bosch certification desirable
  • Proven experience within a franchised dealership environment
  • Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair across a wide range of makes and models
  • Technical knowledge with ability to use manufacturer diagnostic systems
  • Experience working to manufacturer standards including warranty compliance
  • Ability to deliver first-time fixes within agreed timescales
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
  • Committed to continuous development
  • Full valid UK driving licence
