Vehicle Technician (Chester)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their Chester team. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role. The role offers a base salary of £34,000-£35,000 with an OTE of £40,000-£41,000, plus excellent benefits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and service BMW and MINI vehicles to a high standard.
  • Deliver a high level of workmanship in a premium automotive environment.
  • Support customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and attention to detail.

What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience preferred).
  • BMW certification or equivalent experience desirable
  • BMW HV3 or 4 qualification, or equivalent experience, would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic systems (e.g., ISTA, Autologic).
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW and MINI brand.
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
