About the Role
Join our team at Biscuit Factory as a Maintenance Technician! Biscuit Factory is our brand new 724-bed student accommodation development in Belfast, opening to residents in September 2026. We are looking to appoint 2 x Maintenance Technicians to work Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.
As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins stored outside. You will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, handling routine fixes and unexpected issues, ensuring the building is a welcoming, safe place for our residents.
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on individual with the ability to fix, maintain and improve the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude. A solid background in maintenance is required, along with resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
