Role Summary

An exciting new Multi Site Transport and Compliance Manager opportunity at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]! This role proactively manages the compliance of operator licence and the inspection, repair and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. You will manage the on-boarding of PAYE drivers and sub-contractors while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing fleet compliance for the depot
  • Vehicle service planning in line with company policy
  • Ensuring inspections, tachograph calibration checks and RFL are carried out on time
  • Driver licence checks for PAYE/Agency and sub-contractor drivers
  • Management of driver licence mandates and monthly checks reporting to Engineering
  • Ensuring pre-use and end of use checks are recorded
  • Complete sub-contractor reviews
  • Produce reporting and management information for efficiency and customer satisfaction

Essential Criteria

  • CPC Manager (National / International) Qualification
  • Specialist in driver and vehicle legislation
  • Transport compliance background/experience
