Regional Transport Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Regional Transport Manager to manage fleet and driver compliance across the Northwest & Scotland. This permanent role offers up to £42,500 DOE plus extensive benefits.

  • Salary: Up to £42,500 DOE
  • Location: Haydock - DXF, St Helens, WA11 9UX
  • Hours: 40 per week (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00)
  • Closing Date: 17 May 2026

Role Summary

An exciting new Regional Transport Manager opportunity at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]! Manage fleet and driver compliance across the Northwest & Scotland, with responsibility for Transport Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Transport Managers with their duties.
  • Ensure fleet, including MHE, are maintained to legal requirements and operated cost effectively company wide.
  • Maintain regular on-site compliance reviews/assessments across the network.
  • Assist, when necessary, in compliance Audits (internal / external).
  • Ensure all relevant operational procedures are implemented and sustained.
  • Monitor the company’s ability to gain assurance across all compliance / operational activities.
  • Attend/chair internal and external meetings according to operational and compliance priorities.

Essential Criteria

  • Must be CPC National qualified.
  • Excellent manager with substantial understanding of fleet and driver legislation.
  • Good communicator and computer literate.
