Finance Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Finance Manager at Crestwood House, Willenhall. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting for divisions, act as a business partner to Operations and Sales, and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

Role Summary

This role will work closely as a business partner with the Operations and Sales Team and lead all the financial reporting for their respective divisions. The successful applicant will help lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensure weekly and monthly P&Ls are accurate and timely, and report on key drivers of divisional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and oversight of the divisional budget and any further forecasting
  • Lead completion of Weekly and Monthly P&L and supporting files, ensuring timetables are met
  • Provide meaningful insights and commentary on divisional performance weekly and monthly
  • Visit depots around the country to assist in training non-financial staff
  • Preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments

Essential Criteria

  • Strong Excel skills including working with large amounts of data
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a finance function, preferably studying or recently qualified
  • Experience working closely with non-finance individuals
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Financial systems experience desirable
  • Driving licence
