Role Summary

To ensure that customers are paying the correct revenue for products sent through the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Freight network in line with contractual obligations while supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Check weighing and cubing suspect freight
• Research customer base at defined locations to find out why goods are not declared correctly
• Understand charging exemptions and partner with relevant Depot Sales Manager to resolve
• Update products and gain correct rate financially and correct weight legally
• Actively partner with Sales to educate customers about duty of care
• Partner with GM/OM/Shift Managers to ensure teams scan product for additional revenue
• Educate workforce to look for new customers and opportunities
• Spot check customer freight based on trends of incorrect declaration
• Ensure checking equipment/technology is maintained and in use
• Escalate concerns to Depot Management team
