Role Summary

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Warehouse Operatives are responsible for safe and efficient unloading and loading of freight and supporting the delivery operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in a professional manner
• Follow all aspects of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Manual Handling and safe working policies, including correct use of PPE
• Observe and adhere to all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] procedures and policies
• Handle all freight with care and attention
• Access and egress vehicles using correct means
• Use correct equipment and methods for handling and moving freight
• Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving site
• Report damages immediately to line manager
• Ensure freight paperwork/scanner information matches
• Ensure customer freight is transported and stored safely
• Ensure security of freight and company assets
• Keep warehouse tidy and report H&S issues

Shift Pattern

Monday: 20:00 - 23:59, Tuesday: 00:00 - 02:00 (30 hours per week)
