Class 1 Nights

Role Summary

An exciting new Class 1 - Driver opportunity at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]! This is a Nightshift vacancy. To transport goods to and from customers’ premises, and our central hubs, into the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] delivery network. Requires ability to work to deadlines and manage on-road routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of driving vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  • Understand and comply with driver’s hours and WTD legislation
  • Carry out necessary vehicle checks and report defects correctly
  • Comply with on-site health and safety requirements
  • Divert cross country to and from the hub as needed

Essential Criteria

  • HGV 1/C+E Licence
  • No more than 6 points on licence and no DD/DR Code convictions
  • Hold a current valid DCPC Card
