Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customer via telephone & email to support with queries
- Supporting planning and touting busy same day network of vehicles
- Support the sales team
- Responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Support the team by covering holiday periods
- Regular travel to other SameDay locations to support
