Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent), ideally a Master's in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects.
- Achieved or working towards chartered membership (MRTPI).
- Good analytical, presentation, and writing skills.
- Commitment to planning and property development field.
- Ability to manage time, workload, and problem-solve.
- Skills to market and innovate.
