FULL DESCRIPTION

Event Management Co-ordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an Event Management Co-ordinator for a temporary part-time role from mid-August to mid-November 2024. Salary: £11.5-£13 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • To support the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams to develop and present the Programme for the second half of this year
  • To help to manage the schedule of performance groups taking part in the Programme and help the groups to perform in the UK
  • To help to organise some additional events related to the Programme
  • To help to manage various forms of general event management for the Programme
  • To support general work within the teams on an ad hoc basis

Requirements & Qualifications

  • The successful applicant will be required to provide documentation that proves their right to work in the UK
  • A person with related work experience would be preferable
  • Skills to use design programmes like Photoshop and InDesign would be preferable

Available Positions & Working Period

  • 1 Event Management Assistant Position available
  • Working from the middle of August 2024 to the middle of November 2024
  • 3 or 4 Working days a week/ 09:00 – 17:00 (7 hours per day / excluding 1hour lunchtime)
  • This will involve some weekend and evening work, and hours can be flexible to accommodate this (Additional working hours will be paid)

Salary

£11.5 to £13 per hour / dependent on experience
