FULL DESCRIPTION

Docent Volunteer

The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]) is looking for volunteer docents to support the exhibition : Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the National Academy of Arts (1954-2024). The work is voluntary, split into morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays and Saturdays from 11am to 4pm. A transportation fee (£8/session) will be provided at the end of the volunteering period. Preferable candidates will have an interest in Korean art and culture.

Exhibition Details

Exhibition Dates: 4 July 2024 – 23 August 2024

  • Mon–Fri: Slot 1: 10am – 2pm, Slot 2: 2pm – 5:30pm
  • Sat: Slot: 11am – 4pm (counted as two slots)
  • You can choose either the morning (slot1) or afternoon (slot2) slot during the exhibition run. However, you may be allocated to any slot if there are insufficient applicants for a specific slot.
  • Please provide details of any dates you will not be able to attend on the application form.
  • A certificate will be given to those who have participated in a minimum of 7 sessions during the whole exhibition.
