Job Opportunity: The 14th LKFF - Production Coordinator (Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Description
The Production Coordinator is a core member of the festival team. Reporting to the Festival Producer, the main purpose is to assist the Festival Manager and Programme & Venue Manager in the successful delivery of the London Korean Film Festival 2019 programme, in London (1-14 November) and on tour (18-24 November), as well as provide overall team support as required.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Liaise with festival venues for delivery and testing of screening materials.
- Coordinate transportation of films and paperwork, booking couriers.
- Assist Marketing Coordinator with on-screen marketing assets.
- Produce social media content and carry out festival outreach.
- Ad hoc on-site assistance during festival days.

Personal Specification
- Experience of working in a film festival or similar cultural event in marketing and/or events (minimum 1 year).
- Understanding of various screening formats, experience handling audio-visual content.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage changing deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience using social media platforms for advertising and promotion.
- Copywriting and proof-reading skills.
- Good IT skills including MS Office, skilled in Excel.
- Proactive and customer focused approach.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.

The London Korean Film Festival completed its 13th edition with over 60 screenings. The festival began in 2006 and has grown significantly.
