About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], people are at the heart of everything we do. From our organic farm and award-winning hospitality to our wellness and retail spaces. We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join the People Team at our beautiful office based on Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds and help bring our purpose and values to life every single day.

This is an excellent starting point for a career in People Services and a truly broad, generalist role, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with recruitment, payroll, People Partners, and the wider People team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people experience feels seamless, supportive, and aligned with our values.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering clear guidance, support, and a friendly face
  • Deliver a positive and seamless onboarding experience for all new starters
  • Prepare and process contracts, offer letters, and people documentation accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with right to work requirements and maintain people records and systems
  • Support payroll administration, timely data updates, plus weekly and monthly checks
  • Assist People Partners with entry-level employee relations administration, including case logging, documentation, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain accurate personnel and absence records
  • Contribute to People projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
  • Help bring our culture to life through engagement events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities

Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • A natural people person who enjoys building strong relationships
  • Positive, approachable, and solutions-driven
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience
  • Confident communicating with employees and managers at all levels
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is beneficial, but attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are just as important

Perks and Benefits

  • Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day one.
  • Volunteering Days: Employees are offered one paid day per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.
  • Private Medical: We offer subsidised private medical insurance through Bupa.
  • Pension Scheme: Pay up to 9% of your salary into your pension each month; we contribute up to 4.5%.
  • Life Assurance: We offer life assurance cover, equivalent of up to a year of your annual salary.
  • Mental Health Support: Our Employee Assistance Programme provides 24-hour support, seven days a week.
