As Treatments Manager, you will be the driving force behind the quality, consistency, and evolution of our offering – from signature [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] massages and facials to advanced, results-led therapies. You will ensure every treatment reflects our philosophy of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, while creating a seamless and memorable guest journey.

Leading by example, you will inspire and develop a team of therapists to deliver exceptional experiences, while continuously refining standards, introducing innovation, and embedding a culture of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about wellness, thrives in a luxury environment, and wants to shape a treatment offering that is both authentic and industry leading.

This is a fulltime role, based on 40 hours per week. Salary £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus commission. The role will also require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, where needed (not every weekend).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of treatment protocols in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s holistic philosophy
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in treatment delivery across all locations
  • Act as the senior authority for advanced treatments and complex consultations
  • Uphold and continuously enhance service standards and guest experience
  • Design and deliver training programmes for treatments, products, and new launches
  • Ensure all therapists meet and maintain brand standards
  • Develop CPD pathways in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Mentor and support therapist development across teams
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of therapists
  • Conduct skills assessments and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with qualifications, regulatory, and safety standards
  • Champion a seamless end-to-end guest journey

  • Align treatment experiences with retail and product storytelling
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and professionalism at all times
  • Manage professional stock ordering and control across spa locations
  • Conduct regular audits of treatment rooms, equipment, and standards
  • Deliver treatments where required to stay connected to the guest experience
  • Support retail performance through strong product integration
  • Drive cross-selling through therapist engagement and training
  • Provide insight to support product development and innovation
  • Contribute to overall spa performance and wider business initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior spa or treatments management role with a passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and luxury guest experience.
  • A qualification in aesthetic treatments, ideally up to Level 7.
  • Strong technical expertise in advanced treatments and holistic therapies.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
