Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Norwich | Salary: £65-£75k + package | Type: Permanent | Work Type: On-site
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a high-profile project based in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects
- Work on site delivering high-profile energy infrastructure schemes
- Administer and manage contracts under NEC Option A and B
- Support project teams in achieving commercial success while ensuring compliance and best practice
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC Option A or B contracts (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to project delivery
