Requirements

Proven experience in domestic plumbing (1st and 2nd fix essential)
Strong background in plumbing repairs and maintenance
Experience working within social housing or council properties preferred
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Full UK driving licence
