Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough areas, Northamptonshire

Job Type: Temporary

Rate: £17.90ph (PAYE) or £24.48ph (Umbrella) + company vehicle

Hours: 37 hours/week, 8am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm, 3:30 finish Fridays

Duration: 12-15 weeks (potentially longer)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied properties
  • Complete standard repairs within a 30-day timeframe
  • Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours
  • Carry out void property works to bring homes up to lettable standard
  • Work efficiently across a high-volume housing portfolio
