[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Digital Retoucher to join their team in Swadlincote, England, UK. This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site position.

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a talented Digital Retoucher to join our team. This role is all about bringing our product imagery to life—ensuring every image is polished, consistent, and ready to shine online.

You’ll play a key role in retouching, preparing, and uploading all digitally captured assets to our website, while working closely with the online trade team and supporting the day-to-day running of the photography studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retouching all still life and model imagery produced in-house
  • Editing supplier images to align with our brand style guide
  • Ensuring colour accuracy and consistency across all image assets
  • Cropping images in line with size and format guidelines
  • Coding, renaming, and organising files accurately
  • Uploading assets to the web server
  • Carrying out quality checks on all imagery
  • Managing and updating the daily retouching schedule
  • Retouching assets for social media channels
  • Supporting with ad hoc photography studio tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong team player who can also work independently
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in ecommerce retouching
  • Excellent eye for detail and visual consistency
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Additional Information

Occasional travel to London may be required. Flexibility is key – late evenings, weekends, or Bank Holidays may be needed at times to meet business demands.
