Merchandiser - Reading
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Merchandiser in Reading to bring products to life on the shop floor. This flexible part-time zero-hour contract role involves point-of-sale placement, stock replenishment, auditing, and building relationships with store colleagues. Pay rate £14.24 per hour (incl. holiday pay) with travel time and mileage payable. Requires full UK driving licence and vehicle, and location within 15 miles of Reading.

About the Role
As an [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Merchandiser, you’ll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You’ll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You’ll be the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You’ll take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you’re someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others, this role is for you.

About You
Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory. However, you will need:
- A friendly confident personality with a can do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliable.
- To be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
- Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
- Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
