Operations Team Leader
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Operations Team Leader for their Gloucester distribution centre. Full-time, night shift, permanent. Salary £31,262.40 per annum.
About the Role
As Operations Team Leader, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage a dedicated team, ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running. You will keep the team motivated, organised, and performing at their best through training, monitoring attendance/performance, handling communication between team members and managers, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and getting hands-on when needed. This role requires a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About You
Ideally you have experience in a fast-paced environment (logistics, warehouse, FMCG), experience managing a large operation, outstanding communication skills, and experience planning and executing a warehouse operation.
