Job Description

If so, we are seeking a calm, organised, and approachable individual to join our team as Student Welfare Officer.

This is a key front-facing role, providing first-line support to students while ensuring their welfare, safety, and day-to-day needs are met. You will be the first point of contact for students at reception, provide minor and emergency first aid to students, and provide vital administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to remain composed in a busy school environment.

Applicants should hold or be willing to be trained to obtain a current First Aid at Work certificate, have good interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, be a team player and have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
