Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our mobile team covering Wales and Southern England. In this position, you’ll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality fabric repairs, as well as planned preventative maintenance, across sites in the Northwest of England.
  • Work safely and responsibly at all times, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk as well as local Engineers.
  • Keep your skills sharp and knowledge current by staying up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain great relationships with our client.
  • Support our client by producing clear, accurate quotations for repairs when required.
  • Take ownership of your workload, managing your time effectively to ensure all SLA commitments are met.

What we are looking for

  • An experienced Fabric Engineer ideally with commercial experience in the facility services sector.
  • Someone who’s confident carrying out manual tasks including working at height or in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential, as travel will be part of your day-to-day work.
  • A self-motivated, solutions focused individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive can-do attitude.
