Bring clarity to complex projects. Shape how we deliver. Make a real impact.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to step into a role where your input genuinely shapes how projects are delivered. You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team, working on a varied portfolio of projects with the space to grow and develop your career further. You’ll play a key role from pre-construction right through to completion, helping turn plans into progress and keeping everyone aligned along the way.

  • Leading the development of robust, fully linked project programmes

  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and keeping projects on track
  • Working closely with operational teams to keep programmes realistic and deliverable
  • Supporting project teams through regular meetings, updates and reporting
  • Sharing your knowledge, leading and guiding others involved in planning
  • Getting involved in bids and tenders, adding real value where it matters

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a practical, delivery-focused mindset.

  • Experience as a Project Planner / Planning Manager within MEP or come from a Project / Contracts Manager background where you’ve owned and managed programmes
  • A solid understanding of planning methodologies and how they apply in live construction environments
  • Experience using Asta Powerproject (or similar)
  • Confidence working with teams across all levels of a project
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in making projects succeed
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovation, problem solving and strategic decision making.

  • Attractive Salary Package: Based on skills and experience
  • Generous Holidays: 33 days of holiday (inclusive of public holidays), increasing with length of service.
