Role Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to support store management in motivating and developing the team, driving incentives and achieving store targets. As a key-holder, the Supervisor is also responsible for assisting with transactions, opening/closing the store and will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service
• Merchandise and replenish stock
• Support store management in team motivation and development
• Drive incentives and achieve store targets
• Assist with transactions and key-holder duties
• Open and close the store
• Contribute to smooth store operations

Requirements

• Specialist product and market knowledge
• Ability to work 15 hours per week
• Availability: Monday through Sunday, including weekends and late nights until 8pm
• Eligibility to work in the UK
