[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a legal AI platform seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own HubSpot, build automations, and drive GTM operations as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipelines, workflows, properties, data quality, reporting, dashboards.
  • Build and maintain automations for sales, expansion, onboarding, churn prevention.
  • Ensure data integrity across customer lifecycle: enrichment, hygiene, deduplication, source tracking.
  • Manage lead routing (Chili Piper), outbound tooling (Amplemarket, Salesfinity), data enrichment flows (n8n).
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership and GTM teams.
  • Negotiate vendor relationships for sales and ops toolstack.
  • Work with BizOps team to execute strategic projects.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have 1-4 years RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Operations experience in B2B SaaS startup.
  • Have scaled a HubSpot instance before.
  • Can build AI-powered automations (n8n, Claude, etc.).
  • Are obsessively detail-oriented about data quality and system reliability.
  • Have a figure-it-out mentality.
  • Have startup experience and wear multiple hats.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amplemarket, Salesfinity, Chili Piper, OneFlow.
  • Vendor negotiation experience.
  • Familiarity with n8n, Claude Code, or similar automation tools.
