Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd are currently seeking a Care Assistant to support our clients in Nottingham and Derby areas. We offer a friendly work environment, comprehensive training, £12.82 per hour with bonus scheme, uniform, mileage paid, and regular contracted hours.

What we expect:

  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
  • Confident with smart phone apps
  • Be kind with an ability to comfort people who are experiencing life changes.
  • Able to write accurate and full reports for daily logs.
  • A full UK driving license and having own car for work purposes would be beneficial

Requirements:

  • At times you will work alone visiting clients in their own homes.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
  • To adhere to all legislative requirements through local authority contracts and CQC guidance maintaining the company’s quality standards
  • To contribute to and maintain cloud-based records required by policy and good practice through our innovative care management apps.
  • To construct reports and use other documentation/recording as necessary and appropriate.
  • To liaise with colleagues both internally and externally to ensure clients are receiving the best outcomes for their care whilst complying with data protection.
  • To contribute as appropriate to practice and service development.
  • To have regard at all time for the confidential nature of the work and not to discuss or disclose information to unauthorised parties.
  • To ensure that all your calls are attended, and clients are given their full and appropriate care and time at each visit.
