About this role

Supporting our Front of house managers, this position is the venue’s go-to resource for all visitors and customers, ensuring a smooth, memorable experience through delivering knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. Genuinely, no two days will be the same, from ensuring over 2,000 customers enjoy their swimming and skating experience, to handling customer feedback and everything in between across all The Dome’s facilities and activities. With responsibility for all aspects of the front of house venue operation, these are demanding and fast paced positions which form the vital link between all departments of The Dome.

About you

You have exceptional verbal and written skills, with strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential, more important is the desire to succeed and a warm, welcoming personality.

Experience & skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and keep a level head under pressure
• Knowledge of IT systems, compliance, cash handling and stock control
• Desire to train and learn
