Health and Fitness Instructor

About the Trust
We are seeking a passionate and motivated person to support our communities to lead healthier and more active lives while directly addressing inequalities in the areas we serve. This post is primarily based at Choose Fitness within Adwick Leisure Complex. Adwick underwent significant development late 2025, enabling the venue to grow. The Role
The role will be diverse and challenging, making a significant difference to people and their long-term wellbeing. From customers with restricted mobility to those recovering post-operative and the public who wish to continue their physical activity journey. You will need to be a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor; a qualification in Exercise Referral is desirable. If you don't currently hold this, you will be required through a structured training programme to achieve Exercise Referral qualified status.
You will work with venue teams to ensure fitness areas operate safely and efficiently. The vital role of a Fitness Instructor will see you working within a gym environment, welcoming customers front of house, ensuring cleanliness, helping members achieve their fitness goals, and ensuring every visitor has the best possible experience.
