Someone who loves building relationships, solving challenges, and helping others be at their best. Salary: £30,251 per annum. Hours: Average of 37 hours flexible, as could include occasional evenings/weekends.

What you'll be doing
- Providing confident, values-led coaching and HR advice to managers
- Supporting recruitment, job design, onboarding and retention strategies
- Leading on employee relations matters including absence, capability and conduct
- Managing investigations, hearings and complex casework with fairness and care
- Turning HR data into meaningful insight that drives better decision-making
- Playing a key role in organisational change, reviewing and developing policies in line with best practice and employment legislation
- Supporting culture, wellbeing, engagement and communication initiatives
- Delivering a warm, professional and confidential service that people trust

Who we're looking for
You're confident, approachable and genuinely care about people. You know how to balance empathy with clarity, and you're just as comfortable coaching a manager as you are handling complex HR matters, you will bring:
- A CIPD qualification is desirable but solid HR experience, aligned values, attitude and passion are just as important as is a strong grasp of people processes
- Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills, with a positive and resilient nature
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to coach, guide and build confidence in others
