You’ll be delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive group exercise and aquafit classes for a diverse range of participants. Whether it’s high-energy motivation or calm, confidence-building instruction, your ability to connect with people is just as important as your technical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading fun, well-structured group exercise and aquafit classes
  • Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels
  • Delivering safe, effective sessions with excellent cueing and technique
  • Building positive relationships with members and the wider team
  • Representing our facility with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • Qualified Group Exercise and Aquafit Instructor (relevant certifications required)
  • Confident, engaging teaching style with strong communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • A genuine passion for helping people enjoy movement and stay active
