Senior Nursery Manager

- Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Nursery Management team to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and education across the setting. Work closely with the Area Manager and Nursery Manager to create a shared vision of the setting. Have regular supervision meetings with your team to discuss their strengths and areas for improvement. Maintain an organised, safe and stimulating nursery environment. Keep accurate records and ensure procedures are followed throughout the nursery. Help build and maintain a reputation as the setting of choice in the area for both children and employees. Manage the nursery staff deployment to ensure it is always compliant with legal ratios. Understand and implement the company Policies and Procedures, Pedagogy and core values across the nursery. Support and inspire the whole team across the nursery and other nurseries within your nursery cluster. Support with projects across the wider business. Requirements
- Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the EYFS guidelines
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of leading and managing a team
- Good time management, meeting deadlines
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
