What You’ll Need

  • Essential: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational ability and attention to detail, outstanding customer service, good time management, commitment to early years childcare.
  • Desirable: Previous nursery experience, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Use a friendly approach with parents, carers, children, and colleagues.
  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children to learn, play, explore and develop.
  • Maintain a homely, clean, and organised environment.
  • Implement interesting and inspiring activities for children to learn through play.
  • Build relationships with key children, record interests and achievements through observations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
  • Maintain professional relationships and report concerns to management.
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and marketing events as required.
