What You'll Need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service

• Commitment to early years childcare

Desirable: Previous nursery experience, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene.

What You'll Be Doing

• Use a friendly approach with parents, carers, children, and colleagues
• Provide a safe, stimulating, educational environment
• Maintain a homely, clean, and organised setting
• Implement interesting and inspiring activities for play-based learning
• Build relationships with key children, record interests and achievements
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Safeguarding responsibility to protect children, parents, and staff
• Maintain professional relationships and report concerns
