About the Role

We're hiring two Product Marketing Business Partners to join our global team. One focused on HCM (HR & Payroll), one focused on Accountancy. These are high-impact roles where your work directly influences pipeline, win rates, and revenue.

This role sits at the centre of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will shape how our products are positioned, help Sales teams win more deals, turn complex products into clear messages, and influence decisions across teams.

About the Team You'll Join

You'll join a growing Product Marketing team with strong collaboration across the UK and US, including experienced product marketers, content specialists, and market insight experts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building clear, differentiated messaging and positioning
  • Supporting and delivering go-to-market plans and product launches
  • Creating sales enablement tools (pitch decks, battlecards, competitor insights)
  • Partnering closely with Sales teams to improve conversion and win rates
  • Analysing competitors, market trends, and customer insights
  • Supporting campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Translating complex product or regulatory topics into simple, impactful messaging

What We're Looking For

A strong, hands-on Product Marketer with a background in B2B technology or SaaS. Must be a clear communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams, with strong go-to-market and messaging skills and a commercial mindset.
