Educational Product Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IGCSE and A Level online courses to students and parents across international markets.
  • Provide academic guidance to prospective students, helping them select suitable courses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment and payment completion.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and online communication channels to maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on curriculum requirements, exam boards, and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in educational sales, online courses, or academic counseling (IGCSE/A Level experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong sales mindset with a results-driven and target-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to engage effectively with students and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, CRMs, and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
