Senior Partnerships Specialist Vacancy
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Specialist to lead and manage strategic relationships with educational counselling and student recruitment agencies worldwide. This role is central to a key project aimed at increasing international student enrollment in universities and higher education institutions located in Egypt, as well as supporting enrollment to our existing education partners globally.
The successful candidate will play a leadership role in developing, maintaining, and expanding partnerships that drive sustainable student recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with educational counselling and student recruitment agencies globally.
- Lead partnerships activities related to a strategic project focused on enrolling international students in Egyptian universities.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new recruitment partners aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain regular communication with partners through email, phone calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Support partners with program information, admissions processes, and enrollment requirements.
- Monitor partner performance and student enrollment pipelines, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with recruitment strategies and institutional objectives.
- Represent the organization in meetings, events, and partner discussions when required.
- Prepare reports and updates on partnerships activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or student recruitment within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of international student recruitment and agency-based recruitment models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead partnership initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work with international partners across different time zones.
