Client Services Representative-Central Services - Manchester

This hybrid role offers 2 days working from home per week after a 3-month probation period (on-site training). The role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, email communications, CRM data entry, lead qualification, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Purpose of the Role

Client Service Representatives deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and helping clients navigate services. Responsibilities include contacting clients, managing inbound calls across group lines, and capturing all communication in the CRM system.

About the Team

The client services team manages multiple projects via inbound/outbound calls and emails. Leads are qualified and passed to relevant people across the network. The role is based in Manchester, reporting to the Client Services Director.

Responsibilities

  • Politely and efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and email communications
  • Accurately maintaining client records and communication in CRM
  • Building excellent knowledge of services to qualify leads for internal distribution
  • Understanding client needs and identifying suitable services
  • Managing own lead pipeline
  • Identifying recurring client issues and recommending process improvements
  • Sharing client feedback to enhance customer experience
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assisting in keeping shared documents up to date via Microsoft Office

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in Business Transfer/property market (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 2 years in a phone-based, customer-focused or telesales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM systems and accurate data entry
