The Role
This intern role forms an integral part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Hotels Team (Brokerage, Consultancy, and Valuations) in the United Kingdom and across European offices. The intern will support the team with comprehensive research and data tools, gaining exposure to key tasks and projects.
- Conduct and gather market research, writing internal and external pitches, publications, and blog content.
- Assist in key aspects of consultancy missions including feasibility studies, operational reviews, commercial due diligence, and development advice.
- Provide assistance with individual projects and collaborate on larger or cross-office assignments.
- Monitor the market and competition to maintain up-to-date market knowledge.
- Regularly update and maintain databases and critical resources.
- Assist management in drafting commercial proposals.
- Conduct thorough market reviews in support of projects and client presentations.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with the consultancy team.
- Promote and represent the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand at professional events, client meetings, and presentations.
Person Specification
Skills and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Maths, Real Estate, Hospitality, or another relevant field.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of self-review and organization.
- Ability to adjust focus and depth of research according to project requirements.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and dynamic reprioritization.
- Ability to work independently while seeking feedback.
- Passion for the industry and keen attitude towards learning.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to achieve success as a team.
- Professionalism and consistent business etiquette.
