The Role

You will be the bridge between raw data and CRM execution. You’ll dig into data to uncover the 'why' behind customer behaviour, build visualisations for leadership, and create metrics to distinguish one-time shoppers from power-users.

What You’ll Do

  • Dive deep into our data warehouse; create new customer attributes, dimensions, and metrics for a 360-degree view of the customer.
  • Visual Storytelling: Build intuitive, high-impact dashboards turning complex cohort analyses into clear visualisations.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Uncover insights around orders per customer, AOV, and profitability, then pitch actionable recommendations.
  • CLTV & Profitability Modeling: Develop and refine Customer Lifetime Value understanding.
  • Incrementality & Testing: Partner with CRM Team to design and evaluate A/B tests.

Who You Are

  • Data-Driven Expert: 3+ years in data analytics within high-growth B2C or e-commerce.
  • Strong SQL skills, preferably BigQuery.
  • Experience with dbt (model materialisations, data validation testing, data quality testing).
  • Experience with at least one BI tool (ideally Lightdash).
  • Experience with version control.
  • Business Minded: Obsessed with CLTV, CAC, and Contribution Margin.
  • Curious & Persuasive: Communication skills to explain insights to stakeholders.
  • Agile: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Private Health Insurance
