Food Production Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Food Production Operative for a client in Bristol. Full-time, various shifts, pay from £12.70 to £16.00 per hour.

Job Overview

We are recruiting a Food Production Operative to join our client’s team. You must be comfortable working with cooked pork and chicken products. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and those eager to learn, with full training provided—making it a great opportunity to start or develop your career in food manufacturing.

  • Competitive weekly pay from approximately £508 to £640 (based on 40 hours)

Shift Patterns & Pay

  • Slicing: 05:30–15:00 / 15:00–00:30 (£15.00/hr)
  • Ready-to-Eat (RTE): 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00
  • Slicing 23:00–04:30 (Sun-Thurs)
  • 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, 22.00-06.00 – Packing, Hygiene, Goods In, Cold store
  • Pay from £12.70 to £16.00 per hour depending on role and shift

Responsibilities

  • Packing finished goods while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
  • Supporting hygiene and cold store duties
  • Following health & safety protocols to keep the workplace safe
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

  • Willingness to work with cooked pork and chicken products
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Previous food production experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
