About the Role

Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for a varied and rewarding role in Burton? Our client is seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join their busy warehouse team. This role is ideal for candidates who hold valid RTITB accredited Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences and are keen to support various warehouse tasks beyond driving.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently across the warehouse
  • Assisting with floor picking to fulfil orders accurately and promptly
  • Banding and wrapping pallets to ensure secure transportation and storage
  • Supporting general operational duties to maintain smooth warehouse workflow
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards at all times
  • Working flexibly across different tasks as required to meet business demands

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid RTITB accreditation for both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Flexible and proactive approach to supporting various operational tasks
  • Good communication skills and a strong team-working ethic
  • Commitment to health and safety and quality standards
