Director, Resilience & Cyber
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a senior leader to shape policy and drive resilience and cyber security initiatives. This role includes leading the Business Operational Continuity Committee (BOCC) and the Cross Market Operational Resilience Group (CMORG).
Key Responsibilities
- Leading policy advocacy for resilience and cyber topics, ensuring regulations are proportionate and pragmatic for members.
- Owning the Business Operational Continuity Committee (BOCC), an incident management mechanism within the Bank of England Sector Response Framework.
- Driving collective action within the Cross Market Operational Resilience Group (CMORG), a public-private partnership with the Bank of England.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in operational resilience and cyber security.
- Proven strategic leadership and ability to operate in C-suite environments.
- Confidence in public speaking and representing the industry with HMG, regulators, and senior industry members.
- Ability to empower a team through development and delegation.
