Retail Sales Assistant

Salary: £15,000 achievable on target earnings, plus uncapped commission

Working as part of our Retail team in Mansfield for 20 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store's success. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.

  • Making customers feel at home through exceptional service
  • Guiding customers while they browse, from greeting to understanding sleep preferences
  • Becoming a Sleepmatch Master using our market-leading sleep technology
  • Helping to keep the store looking its best through housekeeping and displays
